Mark T. Blake has been practicing law in Walnut Creek, California, for more than a decade.

Mark T. Blake is an Estate Planning lawyer, specializing in Living Trusts, Wills, Advanced Health Care Directives, and Durable Powers of Attorney; he also practices in Family and General Civil Trial law.

Mark is licensed to practice law in all the courts of the State of California, including the Supreme Court of California, the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, and the Federal District Court for the Northern District of California. He graduated from the University of California Berkeley and Santa Clara University School of Law, and was admitted to the California Bar in 1995.

Personal

Mark and his wife, Marienella, have been married since 1991 and have three children including a son and two daughters. Mark and his family have been a part of the San Francisco East Bay Community for more than thirty years. Mark likes to spend time with his family, coach soccer, and walk the family dog, Jackie. When his schedule permits, you may find Mark on the ski slopes in Lake Tahoe, California. You might also catch him in the audience at one of his children’s musical theater productions. Mark is still trying to break 100 with his golf game.
